Shipping & Delivery
- Same-Day Dispatch
Orders placed before 12:00 Noon are dispatched on the same day. - Next-Day Delivery
We offer next-day delivery across the Republic of Ireland (ROI) and Northern Ireland (NI) for all orders dispatched before the 12:00 Noon cutoff. - Free Delivery
Delivery is free on all orders over €125. For orders under this amount, standard shipping rates will apply and be calculated at checkout.
Delivery Schedule Notes
- Same-day and next-day delivery services are not available on bank/public holidays or during the Christmas period.
- Orders are not dispatched on holidays such as Christmas, Easter, and Bank Holidays.
- Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next working day, and delivery is typically made within 1–3 working days after holidays.
Warehouse Collection

You may collect your order from our warehouse on the same day, provided the order is placed before 12:00Noon. - Collection Instructions
Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a notification with collection details. Please bring your order confirmation when picking up.
Delays in Delivery
Delivery may be delayed in the following cases:- High order volume or item unavailability leading to extended processing time.
- If a customer requests substitutions for unavailable items.
- If an item is damaged during transit and returned to us. The order will be re-shipped, and you will receive it within 1–3 working days from re-dispatch.
- Orders placed during peak holiday seasons (e.g., Christmas, New Year) or bank/public holidays.
